| Another Successful Season! | Mon, 1 Sep 2008 | Our 2008 season was a wonderful success and we thank you for being part of it! As of this time, our offices are now closed until 2009 and we will not be accepting voicemail messages. We will begin scheduling for our 2009 season after the first of the new year. Until then, we will be answering all requests for information through our website. You may email your questions and requests to events@rehobothbandstand.com or through our online contact form and your questions will be answered as needed. If you are interested in performing in our 2009 season, you may check out our requirements through this page. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you during our 2009 summer concert series!
 We appreciate all of the feedback that our audience and performers have for the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand. It is our ongoing commitment to focus on variety of selections at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand. We are well aware that not all groups will be appealing to all audiences. It is this fact that makes the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand a unique venue. We are able to provide a musical venue for audiences of all ages and interests. With the current season coming to an end, please help us in creating next year's lineup by selecting groups that you will find most appealing. | Our Final Week | Mon, 25 Aug 2008 | | Well...this is it! Our final week of performances. This year has certainly gone by faster than we thought, however it sure boasts to end with a bang! On Thursday, don't forget to listen to the one-of-a-kind sounds of the Jazz Ambassadors of the U.S. Army Field Band. This unique band, formed in 1969, has been entertaining the world with their incredible selection of music spanning many decades of big band and jazz. Their performance is always one that is highly anticipated and a strong crowd pleaser! On Friday, a new group will debut on our bandstand. The Slicked Up 9's will showcase their swing music sounds and provide an evening full of entertaining music and pleasing dance styles. To end our Summer Concert Series, we will have our popular tradition of the Mario Rocco Band performing classic rock and oldies that will leave your feet stomping until next year's shows! We certainly appreciate all of the positive feedback about our free performances and hope that the bandstand continues to provide as much entertainment in the future as it has in the past. |
